The After Hours Clinic is a medical facility located at Q Kampus Building 2/A 14 Hill Street Blackstone, QLD 4304. This service provides medical after hours care when your regular GP is closed.

The doctors at the After Hours Clinic can provide prescriptions when necessary. Please note that all prescription decisions are made at the discretion of the doctor.

Medical certificates may be requested during your consultation at the After Hours Clinic. All certificates are issued at the doctor’s discretion.

If your injury or illness is critical or life threatening, call triple zero (000) or attend to your nearest emergency department

This service is available to anyone experiencing a non-life-threatening condition requiring after-hours care.

The After Hours Clinic is not a substitute for your regular GP and is not intended for chronic or ongoing medical management.

Our experienced GPs and nurses are trained to assess and manage a wide range of acute health concerns.

At the After-Hours Clinic, we prioritise continuity of care. A medical report is prepared and sent to your regular GP within 24 hours of your visit to ensure they’re kept fully informed.

Private health insurance does not cover services at the After Hours Clinic. However, Medicare rebates apply.

You may be eligible for reimbursement through Medicare, which can cover part of your consultation fee.
